Southern Potato is a family farm business located in southern Manitoba. We are a team of dedicated individuals who are committed to growing high quality potatoes that our end customers will savour. Through thoughtful hiring and our family culture, we have developed a team whose goal it is to grow long-term partnerships with our customers, and to provide them with exactly what they need, when they need it.

We recognize that our valued customers have unique needs; from contract growing proprietary varieties, to packaging and selling red, yellow and specialty potatoes, to making delicious potato chips. Our seed customers deserve and receive the highest quality seed potatoes. Our seed preparation and logistics/delivery services were developed out of a recognized need to serve our customers and accommodate their busy farming lifestyle. We strive to deliver effective solutions and timely answers for all our customers.

Our potatoes—the highest quality potatoes available—are marketed throughout North America. Through years of experience and the use of cutting-edge technologies, we have positioned ourselves as leaders in the industry. Our partnerships provide Southern Potato with the latest and most advanced potato varieties, allowing us to constantly adapt to our customers ever-changing needs and ensuring delivery of top quality products.
